Have you ever thought of Haikyu trading cards? Probably not but oh well here ya go.
Haikyu themed trading cards. Good day to you all my name is Aidan an anime "nerd" or as most of us know a "weeb" now that introductions are out of the way, enjoy my art.
Inhale: For my inhale, I watched and annotated volume 45 of "Haikyu" the final volume.
My goals: My goals this round were to explore something I have a fondness for and that thing I chose was to read manga and I believe that I have completed this goal to the best of my ability.
Artist statement-
For Hinata Shoyo’s card, I decided as the background to have a faded orange to match his hair but not be too “bright.” For the main image to put a face to the statistics I made it faded giving it the worn down “feel” in the card design. I also added a stat hexagon so you could see the player's skills in volleyball and have a visual idea of their abilities in volleyball.

For Kageyama Tobio’s card, I decided as the background to have a murky grey to match his hair but not be too dark that you don't see anything else. For the main image, as well as Hinata’s I faded it to give it the worn down “feel” in the card. I also added a stat hexagon so you could see the player's skills in volleyball and have a visual idea of how good they are.
